The College of Education and Human Services only requires transcripts from the institution which granted your bachelor’s degree(s) and master’s degree(s).
Graduate Admissions Processing will obtain Cleveland State University transcripts — no need for current or previous CSU students to order official CSU transcripts.
Please note that all credentials submitted in support of your application become the property of Cleveland State University and cannot be released under any circumstance.
Submit official entrance exam scores (GRE, GMAT, MAT).
*In response to COVID-19, GRE requirements for all masters programs are being waived through Summer 2025. Some doctoral programs have reinstated GRE testing requirements. Check your programs website to determine if a GRE is required.
Not all programs require entrance exams. Read the information on admissions requirements by program.
- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) information is available online. Our institution code is 1221. No program code is required.
- Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) information is available online. Our institution code is 832-VP-99.
- The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) can be taken on campus through Testing Services.
